Different exercises to get you on your way to a healthier lifestyle.  I’m a no nonsense trainer and I do not want to hear excuses for not taking care of YOU.  As a mom I understand putting your family first and forgetting to make time each and every day for yourself.


There are many different ways to stay fit and healthy without spending hours upon hours at the gym.  I will continually update this page with FREE exercise content that you can use to benefit your health and your life.  Remember to always use caution, if something hurts STOP! If you are new to exercise or renewing your exercise habits, go slow!  You don’t need to “feel the burn” or be unable to walk after a workout for it to be beneficial.  Always consult your doctor before beginning a new exercise program and listen to your body, it will let you know what it is capable of!  Remember to have fun too!
